Demonstrating the power of collaboration, United We Sing brings together collegiate a cappella with students from Rochester and Kenya to create a powerful and uplifting album that proves music is a link that unites us all. This album is the soundtrack for an upcoming feature-length documentary produced by The YellowJackets that details their partnership with Mbaka Oromo Primary School in Maseno, Kenya and the World of Inquiry School in Rochester, NY.
This album has been nominated for a Contemporary A Cappella Recording Award (Best Religious Song - "I Smile") and "Waka Waka" was selected for the Voices Only 2013 compilation CD.
